EpayLink is a simple credit card payment system. We only provide merchants the payment page which customers can fill their credit card details. Merchants can connect the payment page with our system directly by sending parameter values as required such as price, merchant ID to us. About database, catalogue, and customer details, merchants suppose to develop themselves. For Merchants who have complete e-commerce websites but look for credit card payment system, they can use EpayLink service immediately.

Merchants can develop e-commerce system themselves. Therefore, it is convenient for them to create and edit their system directly. There is only online credit card payment system which they have to connect with THAIEPAY.
We provide online Administrative System for merchants to check orders and summarize their total income all the times.

System Working
System working of EpayLink will be connected with both merchants’ websites and THAIEPAY system in procedure of payment only. We, then, conclude 4 steps of how EpayLink works as detailed below.
When customers want to order products or services from merchants, there must be some systems such as registration, customer details, and product details before entering their credit card details. Those systems suppose to be developed by merchants.
After customers confirm their orders, the system will immediately process to payment procedure
Merchants send all required parameter values to THAIEPAY system ( For more information about parameter values and code, you can review at EpayLink System Connection Document, here!!)
Customers fill their credit card details through THAIEPAY system. After that the system will verify the credit card details whether they are approved
If credit card details are approved , the system will display "Completed " on the webpage and send an e-mail to customers to inform them that their credit card details have been approved and their money has already been deducted.
Fee and Service Charge
EpayLink Service Charge is very cheap when compared to the benefits that merchants will get from it. Our Service Charges are not complicated. They are divided into 2 parts.
Operating System Service charge. EpayLink system 295 baht/month and
Transaction Fee. Fee rate depends on credit card type. 4% for Visa, MasterCard 4.75% for American Express For example, a customer uses Visa to pay for one product, price 100 baht. THAIEPAY will deduct 4% out of 100 baht. It means we exactly deduct 4 baht from 100 Baht. Therefore, merchant will receive 96 baht.
Income Remittance
THAIEPAY system will summarize merchants’ income in each month and remit the income after deducting fee into merchants’ bank accounts on the 10th of the following month. on the 10th of the following month.
For example, in January, a merchant has monthly income 10,000 baht. THAIEPAY will deduct 4% out of 10,000 baht. It means we exactly deduct 400 baht from 10,000 Baht. Therefore, merchant will receive 9,600 baht on 10th February.
However, THAIEPAY has released additional regulations regarding income remittance. That is to say, merchants can request THAIEPAY to make income remittance for merchants earlier, semi-monthly or weekly.
Merchant who has been using THAIERPAY service for greater than 6 months
Merchant who has no record of fraudulent customers and charge back issue
Merchant who has monthly income over 100,000 baht/month can receive income every 15 days (Semi-Monthly)
Merchant who has monthly income over 500,000 baht/month can receive income every week (Weekly)
